- Of those bot attempts, roughly ~4% turn into actual disputes the merchant absorbs.
- Dispute fees: Shopify Payments / Stripe = $15, PayPal = $20.
- Processor warning thresholds: Visa VAMP and Mastercard MATCH trigger around 0.9% chargeback ratio; Stripe Radar surfaces warnings above ~0.75%.
